// Analogue Pilot Music

as a gift to my sister - in - law for her wedding, i composed a song for her to walk down the isle to.  after deliberating on what to write,  i twittered this and my friend @stutterglitch ( be sure to visit his myspace ) offered to add his take on whatever i came up with. this gave me a nice shot in the arm and i set to tracking the original melody in Reason. after sending the piano part to him, he sent back a great interpretation of my theme complete with subtle strings and “whimsical” (for lack of better term) toy piano-esqe lead. it really opened up the song and put a whole new bent on it. taking his track and my track, i blended the two into what you’ll hear here. i am ever the advocate of finding cheap and out of the box ways to do things so i mixed the tracks in a very cool audio program called Reaper. If you’ve used Cubase or Sony Acid Pro, Reaper will feel familiar to you.
